According to New Jersey Education Statute 18A:37-15,
"School districts shall adopt a policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying on school property, at a school-sponsored function, or on a school bus."

Phillipsburg Primary School
Phillipsburg Primary School is located at 1000 Green Street, Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Most students attending PPS are bussed to school. The school day officially begins at 8:40 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival students are provided breakfast in the classroom followed by a Morning Meeting. Academically each day, students receive 90 minutes of Literacy, 80 minutes of Mathematics, 30 minutes of Science, Social Studies, 20 minutes of recess and 35 minutes of one of the following: art, health, library, music, physical education and world language.
